I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?

How do I know if my online order was accepted?
Once you finalize and submit your order, you will see an order confirmation message. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when you created your member profile. Please be sure your email address was entered correctly.
How long before my order ships?
MyMakersMovement.com makes every effort to ship within 24 - 48 hours, but it may take up to 5 days once the order is placed.
How can I find out if and when my order shipped?
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive an email you are able to view the status of your order by clicking on the link provided at the top of your order confirmation email, or by logging into your MyMakersmovement.com account and selecting "View Order Status" from the menu. You may also contact Maker's Movement ® directly by sending us an email using our Contact Form or calling Maker's Movement ® and providing us with your name and order number. Tracking Your Shipment
If you entered your e-mail address during the checkout process, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number for your shipment, please send us an email using our Contact Form or call Maker's Movement ® and provide us with your name and order number to get a tracking number. The email confirmation of my order looks like gobbledygook!
To comply with rapidly-evolving email standards, MyMakersmovement.com sends order confirmations in efficient HTML formatted email enabling the items purchased to be viewed in columns with the quantities and costs aligned. Modern email clients can accept and display HTML formatted email providing the user has not disabled the function. Please set your email client to accept email in HTML format.
I only received part of my online order. What is MyMakersmovement.com 's back-order procedure?
The portion of the order that was available was shipped within 2-3 business days and the back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. MyMakersmovement.com cannot guarantee when back-ordered items will become available but we do our best to provide updated information on our website and that we do not have situations that cause backorders. Your credit card is only charged for items that are shipped plus shipping and handling for the entire order. All back-ordered items are shipped with no additional shipping and handling charges.
I purchased an item at full price and now would like to exchange it for the same product to get the online special price. Is this possible?
No. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. If you are interested in purchasing items that are not currently "on special" we recommend checking the website for the updated online special prior to placing your order.
May I place an order with a MyMakersmovement.com Customer Service Representative?
Yes, we can accept order by phone, please note that in order to receive some online shopping specials, you must shop online. If you are an approved and registered Maker's Movement ® reseller, you will be able to place your orders online. Yes, we are able to ship to a P.O. Box. All shipments to a P.O. Box will be sent via US Postal Service.

Yes. Please be sure to include all of the necessary address information to avoid shipping delays.
I'd like to place an order for MyMakersmovement.com products, but I need it shipped outside of the United States. Can you help me?
Yes. Maker's Movement® ships worldwide. Some parts of the world may take longer to ship to than others. Maker's Movement® reserves the right to determine the appropriate carrier to ensure you experience the most expedient and safest delivery possible.
